Our product squads are cross-functional and durable, generally composed of a product manager, a product designer, and several engineers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you're a critical component of these squads, providing technical expertise and strategic insights. Your role extends beyond coding; you engage in discussions, contribute to decision-making, and ensure the technical integrity of the products, aligning them with customer needs and business goals. In addition, you'll mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of product strategies.

We seek a Senior Software Engineer who can influence their teammates, stakeholders, and key executives through data and logic. You must have a deep understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to architect technically sound and customer-friendly solutions. This is an individual contributor role where you create high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring that every product is a beacon of ingenuity and excellence.

YOUR MISSION

• Decompose complex tasks, estimate their complexity and effort
• Solve tasks independently and work without constant supervision
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software code; write automated tests; conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with team members and functional groups within the organization
• Adhere to development standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality and reliable software products
• Continuously update and enhance knowledge and skills in software development, including new technologies and practices

Technology Stack

• .Net framework, .Net Core, C++, CMake, Objective C, Java, MSSQL, JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React, HTML, Microsoft Entra ID(AAD), Azure DevOps Gitlab CI/CD, Git.

MUST HAVES

• Experience in C# and/or C++ development
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
• Comprehensive knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience in writing automated tests (unit tests, integration tests)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

NICE TO HAVE

• knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience in mobile App development (iOS, Android)
• Experience in Windows API development
• Experience in cross-platform development
• Expertise in developing RESTful web services and web applications
• Knowledge and experience with cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Understanding the SPA concept (Angular, React)
• Understanding cyber security essentials
• Experience in developing microservices applications
• Experience with Linux Bash
