We are hosting an incredible evening of networking and inspiration as we welcome our special guest speaker Diana Taylor AM - "Finding Inspiration and Power to Create Legacy." Diana Taylor AM has spent a lifetime leading through pressure, change and with passion in the worlds of law, business, community and sport. Diana is a trailblazer and pioneer in the world of Australian rules football, becoming the first female president of a men’s AFL metropolitan football league, the Western Region Football League, the first woman appointed to the VFL Tribunal, director of the Geelong Football Club in 2010, and in 2019, Diana became the Club’s first female Vice President in its 165-year history. In the 2024 Australia Day Honours, Diana became a recipient of the Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to Australian rules football and the community of Geelong. As part of our strategic approach to attracting more women and girls to the sport of golf, and 13th Beach Golf Links, we have just launched our new membership category only available to new women members. This unique opportunity will provide access to our Beach and Creek courses 6 days a week (excluding Saturday) and 7 day access to our Short Course. This is the perfect opportunity for women new to golf, or seasoned golfers, to experience the benefits a membership at 13th Beach offers. #womeningolf

Our acting General Manager Sally McKenna travelled to Abu Dhabi last week for the 10th Asia Golf Tourism Convention where 13th Beach Golf Links was awarded Australian Golf Club of the Year. We continually strive to provide an exceptional experience to all international golf travellers, so this award is an incredible honour. #iagto

The Vic Open will return to 13th Beach Golf Links for its 11th year in 2024. We look forward to hosting the players, spectators and volunteers for another world-class event here at home on the Bellarine Peninsula from February 1-4.
