OPHIRA | Construction Update Momentum is building as Ophira takes shape. Level 6-7 framing is complete, with ceiling and partition works progressing. Inside, joinery is being installed from Levels 3-5, stonework is underway, and tiling and painting are adding the finishing touches. The pool shell is progressing, and apartment fit-offs have begun. FARO | Construction Update Level 9 slab poured, Level 10 deck prepped for Feb 12 pour; keeping our 8-day cycle strong! Waterproofing hits Level 7, windows at Level 6, framing at Level 5, and painting underway on Level 2. External render reaches Level 4, tiling kicks off this week, and joinery installs in two weeks.
