We recently held our first ‘Pixel Perfect’ Digital Conference at Accent Group Limited for our Digital, Marketing, Creative, CRM, eCommerce & CX teams across all our brands and welcomed guest speakers from our brand partners; Amperity, Klaviyo, Afterpay, Meta, Dr. Michael G. Kollo, Qantas & Adobe. The conference was a huge success and offered our team some great insights into the evolving world of technology and how AI and Digital can assist in their roles moving forward. We had fun activities on the day including a Selfie Bot and Sketch Bot thanks to Rentertainment. Thank you to everyone involved and to all the presenters on the day. Yesterday, 19th June was Red Apple Day, a day to raise awareness for Bowel Cancer, one of the highest cancers affecting men and young Australians. Yesterday, Accent Group Limited in partnership with Stamp Your Feet proudly stood with Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF) for White Shirt Day, while also honouring the cherished memory of our dear colleague, Charmaine Suter. In remembrance of Charmaine's grace and courage, we donned our white shirts, symbolizing our unwavering commitment to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF). Charmaine's spirit continues to inspire us to fight relentlessly against this disease. Continuing on what Charmaine started, Stamp Your Feet and Accent Group Limited continue to fight for a cause to support all the women currently fighting this disease and to remember those that have sadly lost their battles.   Sadly, a women dies every 8 hours in Australia from Ovarian Cancer. Only 49% of women survive beyond 5 years, with proper testing this becomes 90%. Funding research is critical to find a cure and prevention for this disease. Thank you to all our team for their participation and generous donations throughout the day from buying a coffee, breakfast with eggs & bacon and buying raffle tickets to raise funds. Their dedication and hard work have culminated in an outstanding achievement that we are truly proud of. Remaining in Adelaide, we are thrilled to announce the reopening of the newly refurbished Skechers Outlet Harbour Town. Isabella Gerace and her team have done a remarkable job with the merchandising, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and ready to serve our customers. Lastly, journeying up to Queensland, we celebrate the reopening of Skechers Robina on the Gold Coast. Congratulations to Rachel H. and the entire team for their efforts in creating a beautiful new store that reflects the essence of Skechers. These milestones are a testament to the commitment and teamwork exhibited not only by our store teams but also by the invaluable work provided by our dedicated support office, particularly the Store Development team.
