We are thrilled to have held our fourth Leading with Impact session on Psychological Peak Performance and High Performing Teams this week. Thank you to Peta Slocombe from Performance Story for helping us learn key features of high-performing teams, and how we can remove some of the barriers that often get in our way. Peta also led us through a Mental Health Week wellbeing check-in. Our mental health and wellbeing deserve the same focus as our physical health. This check-in reminds us that whether we are thriving or surviving, there's always something we can learn from checking in. In today’s dynamic and competitive landscape, effective leadership is central to cultivating great teams and culture, delivering exceptional service, and achieving extraordinary results. We have purposefully designed Leading with Impact for AMPS employees at all levels of their careers, to empower them with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to excel in their careers. Thanks to all of the AMPS and AMPS Academy team members who took part in these sessions! #LeadingWithImpact #LeadershipDevelopment #HighPerformance

Congrats to our East Coast Consulting Manager, Richard De Leon, for being nominated for the 2025 Citizen of the Year award! In the Strathtulloh and Cobblebank community, Richard helps educate young people on their career and future prospects, assists young people to learn soccer, and helps local residents understand business compliance and government regulations. He is a vocal citizen of Melton projects and is involved in the local Neighbourhood Watch and other Facebook community initiatives. He is a big advocate for beautification of the region to reduce crime and engages with community to help make Melton a great place to live. Congrats Richard!
I had a fantastic night at the Community Achievement Awards, hosted by Melton City Council at the beautiful Witchmount Estate. It’s an honor to be nominated again, this time for the 2025 Citizen of the Year award. The evening was filled with unique and inspiring stories about the incredible contributions made by members of our community. Congratulations to everyone who attended and for the continued hard work and dedication. A big thank you to Melton City Council for organising another successful event - and the grazing spread put on. Shout out to Deputy Mayor, Cr Steve Abboushi for the quick camera work up front.

Congrats to Brendan Parker, Bud O'Shannessy, Darren Stralow, Shane McLeay, Luke Gleeson and Kate Vaisutis for successfully tackling the Miner V Wild fundraising mission last week! The team trekked through the rugged Kimberly to support and raise vital funds for Youth Focus and their support services for young Western Australians. We can't wait to hear all of the stories!
