The AMPS - Advanced Mining Production Systems and AMPS Academy Teams had a great get-together last week. We started with the fourth session of our Leading with Impact Program with Performance Story and Peta Slocombe, learning about High Performance for Professionals and High Performance for Teams. We then had lunch and jumped into our Quarterly Update, where each department provided a brief update of their team’s current status, milestones and achievements. We then embarked on a friendly (competitive) scavenger hunt around Freo before meeting up at the National Rooftop to see who completed the most tasks and won bragging rights! Congrats to Team Orange for coming in first place! Thanks to everyone who joined in!

This course allows new or existing users to become familiar with geological model-building tools, as well as how to control surfaces and create the most accurate boundary contacts. We are thrilled to have held our fourth Leading with Impact session on Psychological Peak Performance and High Performing Teams this week.   Thank you to Peta Slocombe from Performance Story for helping us learn key features of high-performing teams, and how we can remove some of the barriers that often get in our way.   Peta also led us through a Mental Health Week wellbeing check-in. Our mental health and wellbeing deserve the same focus as our physical health.
