Have you seen @agcareerstart in the latest issue of Australian Nutgrower magazine? Two of current participants Duke and Daniel currently work on a macadamia farm near Maryborough, QLD. Originally from Sydney, the pair never anticipated this was how they'd spend their gap year! The program has been growing year-on-year across the pilot, placing 30 participants in 2022, 70 in 2023, and now 80 in 2024. Already, we've seen some exciting results with 83% of the program graduates being retained in industry.
