🌾 Australian #Ricegrowers, we value your voice! 🗣️ The #VoiceoftheLevyPayer project (VoLP) ensures your levy dollars are wisely invested in rice RD&E. 💰 We want your feedback to shape our priorities and focus areas! 📣 With VoLP, we start by engaging with you at the grassroots level to understand the challenges you face on your farms. Your feedback is carefully considered and addressed by our RD&E Program, so you can rest assured that your voice is heard. ✅ But that's not all! Feedback is a two-way street. We receive valuable insights from industry stakeholders, that we share with our RD&E management committee. 15 months, 48 days of camping and face to face workshops in three different locations across Australia and New Zealand, monthly online workshops and most of all, 29 lifelong supporters. 🤩 ✈️ 🏕️ This is what Katherine Balding and Jacqueline Wilson-Smith have to reflect back on and look forward to after graduating from Course 30 of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation's #AustralianRuralLeadershipProgram last night alongside their cohort. Kath and Jac both described their experience on program as 'lifechanging' and 'something that they may never again experience' evident as they have already begun to make change and put their learnings into practice. As their sponsor to participate in the program, we are so proud of their achievements and looks forward to watching them each continue to grow their leadership capabilities and share the knowledge gained with their industries. 💪 Congratulations ladies! Completing this program is a demonstration of your commitment to not only your personal development but also to the development of Australia's rural industries. #ARLPC30 #ARLP #ARLPGraduation
