Our People Operations team recently embarked on a mission to revamp our employee benefits, starting with a crucial question: What kind of benefits do our employees actually want? 💙 We did the research, brainstormed ideas, and made some educated guesses—but we didn’t want to leave anything to chance. So, we gathered data to gain a clear direction and ensure our efforts would resonate with our team.
