Collaboratively working with our colleagues at Cley Studio on a new multiresidential project in Ingleburn, Sydney This project is one of the first to get to Development Application stage since the NSW Government rezoning of R3 areas with close proximity to transport corridors to R4 - right across NSW, including in Ingleburn. Being one of the first comes with additional responsibility to set contextual precedent and we are confident that with this design; we do just that. In doing so, we are not only delivering great design outcomes, but also introducing new housing stock of which 30% is affordable housing.
