More than a decade ago, Jo da Silva DBE, Global Sustainable Development Director at Arup, led a team to uncover how climate change would impact Asian cities and the proactive steps they could take to be more prepared. The project laid the foundation for the groundbreaking #CityResilienceFramework, now updated in 2024 to better enable cities to respond, plan and adapt to major shocks and underlying stresses.
