Are you a small to medium enterprise (SME) and want to be part of Australia’s largest and most complex supply chain operation? We’re diversifying our capability by expanding operations in Western Australia to sustain conventionally armed, nuclear-powered submarines and support the development of Australia’s future submarine class. Australian Industry Capability (AIC) has always been a priority for ASC. Our 1200+ partners, in current programs, who support the Collins Class submarines have become a crucial sovereign network that is directly supporting the Royal Australian Navy. Last week it was the Northern Territory’s turn to hear from our AIC team about the benefits of joining ASC’s supply chain. Want to know more? Join ASC’s supply chain here👉 https://lnkd.in/gKCKs6QS

43% of adults in Australia have experienced mental illness. This is why we make conscious efforts to enhance the support networks of our people at ASC, like our group of formally trained mental health first aiders. Simplistically, they are someone you can count on for help if you need it. Hear from Mark and Rudolf, who both volunteered to become trained mental health first aiders. 🔵If you’re struggling, reach out to a friend, a colleague or call Lifeline Australia.

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, no matter if you work in a production environment or if you are in an office. This National Work Safe month, we’ve asked Leigh, one of our safety leaders, what he thinks of our safety-centric culture: “When you’re onsite, you can see this safety-first attitude comes back to our PRIDE values of protect and integrity. Protect is about looking out for each other and integrity is in our actions to do what’s right, even when no one is looking.” It’s these values from our workforce which have created the safety-centric culture we’re proud of. Learn more about our PRIDE values here: https://lnkd.in/dYpAe46n #NationalWorkSafeMonth #safetyfirst #safety
