🔍 By integrating a personal contingent leadership model with the Strategic Foresight Model framework, consulting and management firms can better navigate uncertainty, drive innovation, and create long-term value for clients. To strengthen an organisation’s flexibility in the face of strategic surprises, a six-step framework for implementing strategic foresight, aligned with my personal contingent model, has been developed in my doctoral thesis to find a way for the consulting and management firms to navigate uncertainty. I hope that this framework will enable leaders to thrive amid discontinuous change by adopting a strategic foresight mindset and consistently improving four key competencies: 1️-Vision-driven transformation
2️-Trust-based decision-making
3️- Risk-taking through effective communication
4️-Continuous learning through renewal and innovation These strategies guide leaders toward informed, future-focused decisions, fostering ongoing learning and growth in the process. 🌱 #Leadership #StrategicForesight #Innovation #ManagementConsulting #SECModel #Transformation #ContinuousLearning #VisionaryLeadership #DecisionMaking #GrowthMindset

I had the joy today of discussing Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood with AWLC members, a key to effective interpersonal communication: 1️- In every field, understanding must come before action and judgment. Whether diagnosing, teaching, or problem-solving, it’s important to truly understand first. 📚👂 2️- The most important word to master is "listen." Not with the intent to reply or convince, but simply to understand. Integrity guides us to change our views when necessary. 💬💡 3️- The power of empathic listening is about fully understanding someone emotionally and intellectually. However, few of us practice empathic listening. The essence of empathic listening is not to agree with someone but to fully understand them emotionally and intellectually. This approach is powerful because it gives you accurate data, rather than basing assumptions on your own thoughts and motives. Empathy leads to more effective connections. 🤝💭   Ref: Covey, S. (2020). 🚀 Embrace the Power of Values-Driven Leadership 🚀
My session was about delving into the power of Values-Driven leadership and the art of connecting your personal story into your leadership journey (Conant, 2020).   Your personal values naturally shape your leadership style, and that's something you should embrace! It's what sets you apart as a standout manager and leader, adding depth and refinement to your approach. 🌟   But how can you seamlessly integrate your personal values with your organisation's values, thereby elevating your leadership legacy? 🤝   Step 1: Define your personal values and grasp their influence on your leadership demeanour. Step 2: Test their compatibility with your organisation's values.   By aligning your values, you'll emerge as an authentic leader, fostering a lasting positive impact. 💪✨   I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and witness the incredible potential in this group of emerging leaders. Let's continue the dialogue on impactful leadership and perpetual growth!   #LeadershipDevelopment #InfluenceWithoutAuthority #Aspireleadershipnetwork #Leadership #ValuesDriven #AuthenticLeader

✨Leadership core values are a blend of personal beliefs and principles that align closely with both individual and professional values. These values serve as a compass, guiding us in building relationships, solving problems, and making decisions. I imagine a world where the majority of people wake up with good values, pursuing their dreams and making a positive impact.💬 It was a pleasure to connect with amazing students, lecturers, and tutors at the MGMT5050 Student Belonging Event at UNSW. I loved being surrounded by people who share a passion for business ethics and sustainability. Thank you so much Dr Gabi Nudelman for organising such a wonderful event. It was great seeing everyone! 🌟 Inspiring Others Starts with Building Trust 🌟 To help others find their voices, we must first build strong, trusting relationships. Trust is the foundation of effective collaboration, both within teams and between organisations. The more trust exists, the more we can accomplish together. Think of trust like an emotional bank account: Every act of kindness, honesty, and reliability is a deposit. The more deposits, the stronger the bond. And when trust is strong, even mistakes can be forgiven. But when trust is broken—through disrespect, dishonesty, or neglect—that account is overdrawn, leaving little room for flexibility. As leaders, we build trust by listening, understanding, and ensuring our words and actions align. Speak last, and truly hear others. That’s how we foster mutual understanding and inspire lasting relationships. 💬✨ Ref: Covey, S. (2005). The 8th habit: From effectiveness to greatness. On Friday, we had the honour of meeting the Hon. Minister Jihad Dib at the NSW Parliament House. It was a meaningful gathering for our AWLC members Aspire Leadership Network where we discussed some of the key challenges we face and explored how, with the right approach, these challenges can be transformed into catalysts for positive change. As we all know, challenges are an inevitable part of life. Whether in education, business, healthcare, or broader society, they test our resilience, creativity, and determination. However, they also present invaluable opportunities—opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Minister for taking the time to meet with us. It is truly a privilege to engage with someone who plays such a crucial role in shaping the future of our community and country. With his support, I am confident that we can overcome these obstacles and work toward a more prosperous and equitable future for all. #Leadership #CommunityEngagement #PositiveChange #Resilience #AWLC #ChallengesToOpportunities #FutureLeaders #Empowerment #WomenInLeadership #NSWParliament #Gratitude #Aspireleadershipnetwork

🌟 Shaping the Future Through Our Youth 🌟 In our mission to create a better tomorrow, we recognise that the youth are our most valuable asset. The young men and women of today hold the keys to future innovations and societal progress. As parents, educators, and mentors, it’s our responsibility to nurture their potential and develop them into distinguished leaders. Empowering our youth is one of my primary goals. By offering the right guidance and opportunities, we can unlock their boundless energy and ideas. The key lies in nurturing the four types of human intelligence—EQ, SQ, IQ, and AQ—as a holistic approach to leadership development. We need to go beyond just IQ, emphasising emotional and social intelligence as well as resilience. Want to learn more? ✨ Finding Unshakable Confidence and Inner Peace ✨ In a world that often measures worth by external achievements and validation, it's easy to lose sight of what truly matters. If you're seeking lasting confidence and inner peace, consider shifting your source of worthiness to something deeper and more enduring. 🌱 How to Shift Your Source of Worthiness: 1 Reflect on Core Values: Identify what truly matters to you, independent of societal pressures. 2 Cultivate a Spiritual Practice: Engage in meditation, prayer to Allah swt, or mindfulness to connect with your inner self. 3 Practice Self-Compassion: Accept yourself, flaws and all, recognising your inherent worth. 4 Detach from External Validation: Focus on your journey, not on others' opinions. 5 Embrace Gratitude: Regularly reflect on what you have, rather than what you lack. 6 Build Inner Confidence: Trust in your abilities and align your actions with your purpose. 7 Surround Yourself with Positivity: Connect with like-minded individuals who support your growth. Positive relationships can reinforce your journey towards internal peace and unshakable confidence. Remember, true worth and confidence come from within. By nurturing your inner self, you create a foundation that is strong, resilient, and unshakeable. 🌟   #InnerPeace #SelfWorth #Confidence #Mindfulness #SpiritualGrowth #SelfCompassion #PersonalDevelopment #Gratitude #SelfLove #PositiveMindset #Wellbeing

🌟 It was an absolute pleasure to connect with the AWLC members today in our book circle via Zoom diving deep into Habit 3: Put First Things First. 🌟 This habit is all about personal management—organising and executing around our priorities to truly become effective leaders. When we align our activities with the Time Management Matrix, we can dramatically increase our effectiveness, tackle crises proactively, and prevent problems before they arise. With the concept of the Emotional Bank Account in mind, we also explored Habit 4: Think Win/Win. 🤝 This mindset is about creating mutually beneficial outcomes in our interactions, ensuring that both parties thrive. Let's continue to prioritise, manage wisely, and lead with a Win/Win mentality! 💪✨ 🙏 Thank you to all the AWLC members for your insightful contributions and active participation. Together, we grow stronger! Nina Trad Azam Mariam Zeitouneh Bernard Meltem L. Aspire Leadership Network #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #WinWin #TimeManagement #AWLC #Empowerment #WomenInLeadership
