We are a not-for-profit association with a board comprised of industry experts working within the contact centre industry. Our membership covers all industry verticals, and we work with the private and government sector to enrich the contact centre environment for all who participate within it. Our goal is to strengthen the contact centre industry, supporting organisations to elevate their operations, and deliver professional customer interactions across all channels.
