The 2024 AGM season is in full swing, and after last year’s record 41 strikes against remuneration reports, ACSI is again monitoring closely to see if executive pay aligns with investor expectations. ACSI CEO Louise Davidson AM spoke with the AICD about all things AGM: “A number of companies got strong messages last year from investors, so we’ll be looking to see whether they’ve responded to investor feedback.
