⭐ Project Reveal! We're excited to unveil Anglicare's new headquarters at MQX4, Macquarie Park—a visionary hybrid workspace designed for connection, wellbeing, and sustainability. Key features include: 🔹 Diverse Work Settings: Four equal working hubs with hot desks, linear desks, quiet points, and enclosed focus pods to support various tasks and working styles. 🔹 Sustainability Focus: In line with the building’s 6 Star Green Star rating, Axiom designed the fit-out to achieve a 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating, incorporating energy-efficient lighting, sustainable materials, and smart design principles that reduce environmental impact while enhancing occupant wellbeing. 🔹 Wellbeing-Centric Design: Dedicated prayer rooms, quiet zones, mother’s rooms, and biophilic elements create a nurturing environment. The workspace also celebrates Anglicare’s Reconciliation Action Plan through artwork, Indigenous naming of rooms, and a yarning circle for reflection and connection. 📣Exciting Project Announcement Axiom Workplaces is thrilled to handover Ashurst's office redesign at Tower 2, Brookfield Place, Perth. After completing a workplace strategy, we developed a tailored design in collaboration with the Ashurst team to create a workplace environment that supports future ways of working and truly reflects their needs. Ashurst Perth has embraced circular economy principles throughout the project and donated furniture that no longer suits their evolving needs to charities Secondbite and Starting Over Support with the help of FF&3 Pty Ltd. Axiom welcomed Ashurst to their newly refreshed workplace with complimentary barista coffee and delicious cakes. The team settled in with coffee and cake in hand and enjoyed the key upgrades including. ▪️Height adjustable workstation furniture ▪️Acoustic improvements ▪️Flexible workspaces ▪️AV setups ▪️A modernised kitchen It's been a pleasure working with Ashurst and we look forward to continuing our collaboration! ⭐ Congratulations to our February Thrive Champions, Kirsty Schaffler and Ruby Papanikolaou. Kirsty, one of our Interior Designers, has been nominated for demonstrating our values of Make Complex Simple, Can-Do Attitude, and Lead From The Back. Kirsty has been patient, giving of her time and generally a great mentor and leader. No question has been unanswered and she has supported even on days where she has been busy with her own workload. Any tricky questions she has found answers to even when she may not have had them herself, and has made sure others have the support they need. Ruby, our Accounts Assistant, has been nominated for showing her All In and Can-Do Attitude. Ruby has consistently demonstrated a “Can Do” attitude and a strong commitment to her role being “All In” since she joined us. 📣 Another successful strategy comes to life! We recently completed the new office hub for Anglicare Sydney in Macquarie Park, Sydney. With over 300 employees present at the opening, everyone was energised and excited to start work in their new consolidated workplace. After working through a strategy with Axiom to consolidate various office locations to one centralised hub, all the teams are looking forward to collaborating and growing in their new space. There were speeches from various stakeholders, including a lovely welcome from a lady who represented the Darug peoples. She taught everyone a few words in her language. Cassandra Kirk spoke on the development of the project, including the implementation of wrkx in the strategy section. The CEO, Simon Miller, did a ribbon cutting to officially open the new workplace.
