This FREE session is on how to manage period pain to improve participation in sport, school, work and hobbies. The Periods, Pain and Endometriosis Program (PPEP Talk®) is an initiative of the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia (PPFA), funded by the Federal Government. PPEP Talk® Sports helps young people better manage period pain, stay involved in sport, support their friends in pain and builds awareness about endometriosis. We will also discuss how to train with the menstrual cycle and period pain in sport. This session is for young athletes (14+), coaches, parents and those with an interest! All genders welcome!
