Long Post: Settle In, We’re Closing It’s true. After much contemplation, I have decided to close down our beloved agency. This has been one of the hardest decisions of my life 💔. Our last day will be Thursday 29th August 2024. I’m immensely proud of everything we’ve achieved together over nearly 8 years. It’s simply time for me to do something different with my life. I remain within the Southern Highlands region and will be spending more time with my family as a present parent.  Thank you for believing in me and my team, and supporting Banter Group. I took a huge leap of faith to start a business in regional Australia, that then endured a horrific bushfire season that surrounded our villages and communities and promptly threw us into a global pandemic within our first three years. As we all reassess what we want from our lives, I too have reassessed what I want, and what my family needs. I’ll be taking a break from the industry as a whole. They say it’s business. It’s never been that for me, it’s all about the people. Banter was a breeding ground for exceptional talent and delivered opportunities for growth and employment, mentoring and leadership, and friendships. We are all extremely grateful to have been honoured by the businesses we’ve assisted with gorgeous brands, outstanding websites, endless social media, sophisticated collateral, and marketing strategies.  Our success is thanks to you - our loyal and committed clients and team. Without you, we couldn’t have existed. We have chosen to celebrate our achievements with this ‘little’ highlights reel. It’s not so little at all and demonstrates the core of who we are - a collective of good humans that Banter has been. There will be no greater joy than having time to spend my days enjoying the brands the Banter team have crafted, created, nurtured and developed.
