I've been working with the staff at Pindi Pindi State School this year to reach several identifiable goals. So far I've facilitated staff workshops on the topics at hand, including workload management/decision fatigue, finding your north star in the classroom, and boundaries. We'll complete our time together with my signature "celebrating you" workshop, focusing on the importance of feeling acknowledged in school. Pindi Pindi has seen great growth with increased numbers, improved school culture, and a committed principal. Thank you to the beautiful staff members who are excited and engaged in this work. This is why I do this work as it feels so rewarding to see the progress made.

We are excited to share with you the Classroom Heroes Award 2024. ⭐ The campaign was designed to bring more value to educators across Australia while boosting overall well-being in the industry. The bonus is that they feel a sense of recognition and celebration within their school community. Each educator is nominated by another member of their school community, which is revealed to them when they receive news of their award. This year I've been offering a free monthly Community Call to educators across Australia. During the call, I present a topic of challenge and the participants discuss their own thoughts and solutions to the issue. This has been a great way to bring together educators and brainstorm on some of the bigger issues we are facing in the industry.
