Meet Francis Gabone, Body Corporate Brokers’ (BCB) NSW/ACT Broking Manager. His day job involves developing strong and effective relationships with strata managers and underwriters while overseeing all BCB’s broker operations in NSW/ACT. But there’s more to Francis than Broking. Here are three things you might not know about him.   1. Francis loves painting, but looking after his three children means he doesn’t have time to enjoy it very often. 2. He loves the idea of teaching, and when he retires, Francis plans to volunteer and teach in schools overseas. 3. Francis listens to lots of podcasts, mainly about self-development and entrepreneurship.   Francis will be representing BCB at the Strata Community Association (NSW) Convention on 23/24 October, so come and say hello, and ask him to tell you more about his diverse interests! Meet Hélène PRADELET, Body Corporate Brokers (BCB)'s Regional Manager in Victoria. Monday to Friday, Helene is focused on ensuring BCB applies accurate, efficient and professional broking and service standards to all aspects of frontline broking, with a key emphasis on building key stakeholder relationships. But there’s another side to Helene too. Here are three things you might not know about her.     1. Helene was born and raised in the Loire Valley in France. She also lived in Paris for 20 years and only came to Australia 12 years ago. 2. She’s a self-confessed foodie and loves trying out her cooking skills on friends and family.   3. In February, the Body Corporate Brokers (BCB) team was introduced to the incredible Robyn Moore AM at our National Team Conference, and she spoke to us about her involvement with the Make A Wish foundation. Robyn has been a dedicated volunteer with this organisation for over 30 years and she shared some truly moving stories about the wishes she has helped grant. Her passion and commitment have added a touch of magic to countless wishes, making her an extraordinary ambassador for the foundation.   We were so inspired by her work that we decided to undertake our own fundraising activities to support the Make A Wish foundation. Meet Andrea Agar, EGM Operations for Body Corporate Brokers (BCB) Group. In her role, she drives operational excellence, working tirelessly to ensure efficient processes and systems, underpinned by outstanding customer interactions. But there’s another side to Andrea too. Here are three things you might not know about her.    1. Andrea has an adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence. Throughout her career, she’s traversed the charming Darling Downs, the bustling streets of London and vibrant Sydney, giving her a wealth of experience and a global perspective. 2. One of her favourite holiday destinations is New Zealand, partly due to its natural splendour but also because her husband is a Kiwi! 3. Andrea is family-oriented and loves the outdoors. She’s a dedicated mother of three, and as if that didn’t keep her busy enough, she also enjoys long walks with her energetic border collie, Coco.    Andrea will be representing the BCB Group at the SCA (NSW) CHU Strata Community Awards on 2 August 2024, so come and say hello, and ask her about the best places to visit in New Zealand! Meet Michael Wilbers, Body Corporate Brokers’ (BCB) Executive General Manager Broker Placement. He spends his days developing and implementing a national, consistent broking operations model for BCB. But Michael has a very busy life outside work, too. Here are three things you might not know about him. 1. Michael has a diverse cultural heritage. His father is Australian, but his mother descends from a Samoan and Tahitian background.  2. He’s been a coach or trainer of his local rugby league club for over 14 years.  3. Michael is happily married with three boys whose names all begin with C – Cameron, Caleb and Cooper.
