2024 Annual Members' Meeting We had a strong turnout for Brighter Supers’ 2024 Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM), held at Brisbane City Hall - EPICURE Events. Members heard from John Smith (Chair), Kate Farrar (CEO) and Mark Rider (CIO), with Tim Cox hosting, proudly delivering a fund update, performance overview and open Q&A with members. Award winning superannuation fund Our members win again! This time with the best member education program in Australia. Last night, Super Review named Brighter Super as the winner in the coveted Member Education category, and finalist in Adviser Services and Retirement Offering of the Year at the prestigious Super Review 11th Annual Super Fund of the Year Awards 2025. Ready to move into a pension account?   The Retirement Reward bonus just got bigger. Brighter Super has increased the bonus paid to members who transition to a Brighter Super Pension account from 0.5% in FY23 to 0.8% for FY24 and FY25.   For FY24, the fund paid about $2 million to those members who transitioned their retirement savings into a pension account. It is calculated based on the amount of growth assets held and the amount transferred to the Pension account, with a maximum of $15,200 payable on a transfer amount of $1.9 million. #pension #retirementreward #brightersuper   Learn more.
