The latest Women in the Workplace 2024: The 10th-anniversary report from McKinsey & Company is now available. TL;DR - Their conclusions are alarming! For example, at the current rate, "it would take 48 years for the representation of White women and women of color in senior leadership to reflect their share of the US population; this is true parity for all women". This is simply not good enough. ChIPs Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Chapter Leadership Committee member, Aparna Watal provides an excellent article on this report here - https://lnkd.in/gYb_rDzh In her words, "we can't wait for change to happen - women must lift each other up... While the world catches up, here’s what we, as women, can do for each other right now:" 🚀 𝐁𝐞 𝐚 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 🤝 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 🙅♀️ 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐚𝐬 👊 𝐄𝐜𝐡𝐨 𝐄𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫’𝐬 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 🤗 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 #payitforward #womeninIP
