Last week, we opened the doors to our newest in-house barista site at JLL 101 Collins Street. Situated in their office on Level 33, JLL have created a business lounge and espresso bar that offers complimentary coffee to all team members and guests. In just two weeks since opening, this project has confirmed to me that spaces like this are the future of workplace design and brand experience. Integrating premium hospitality into the office environment provides more than a place to catch up over coffee — it's a place to build culture, find inspiration and is a reason to come to the office at all. This is a landmark moment for Coffee On Cue and JLL. It's a project that has been many months in the making and is already paying dividends. The feedback has been glowing, staff have one less reason to leave the office, they're getting a world-class cafe experience... and the baristas are already learning their names.
