About us

As a proud B Corp, our Collective Objective is to help design a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative planet. We do this by utilising strategic branding and design as a force for good to enhance purpose-driven people, businesses and ideas to connect with, educate and inspire your audiences. We can craft and communicate new brand identities and bold campaigns. Or refresh & reinvigorate old loved ones. Ultimately we love building brands and communicating with purpose, heart and soul. As our name suggests, we’re united by the values and goals that we share with like-minded individuals, businesses, and progressive ideas that aim to communicate, inspire, and—most importantly—positively impact the world around us. Positive contributions can come in many different forms. It can be a not-for-profit venture, an ingenious invention or a product or service that just makes people feel happy. As long as it’s genuinely making our world a better place, we want to get behind it. Our obsession is using the power of creativity to design meaningful brand experiences to help meet our clients’ objectives, to do something positive for society, the environments in which we live and ultimately, our planet.     We. Are. B Corp Certified. 🌏 🙌🏽 Oh my, what a journey and process it has been. Since we were founded three years ago, our mission has been to harness strategic branding and design as a force for good. We’re so proud to finally be able to demonstrate our commitment to designing for positive impact by joining the B Corp community, alongside iconic Australian brands such as Who Gives a Crap, Aesop and Koala, who have demonstrated the power of leveraging brand to connect with, educate and inspire their audiences to advocate for a better world. The process has helped us to think more deeply about why we exist and the types of clients and collaborators we'd like to work with—and beyond that, the type of culture we want to build. A culture that champions our people, and offers the type of collaborative and supportive space that cultivates creativity and personal wellbeing. Becoming a B Corp has really helped us embed solid foundations to, hopefully, achieve all of the above. Whilst it has taken time to get to this point, for us, this is truly just the beginning of the journey. One in which we set ambitious goals, challenge what we know, and hold ourselves accountable in designing positive impact for people, business, and the planet. A huge shout-out to everyone involved.     A New Brand Identity for Sydney's Pioneering Bilingual School. Sound on and pump it up 🔊 International Grammar School has been opening the hearts and minds of students to the world ever since. Founded on the premise of ‘Unity Through Diversity’, we worked to refresh their identity to better reflect their vision of a more equitable, inclusive and sustainable future. This brand launch film sets the stage for the full brand revolution across many facets, assets, and touchpoints across the school ecosystem. 🌏 🙌🏽 The whole studio is super proud of this project.     Well, what else can I say apart from Thank You. 🙏🏽 2023 has been an immense year all around, specifically with the fantastic clients' and community collaborators like you 👈🏽 who have genuinely made another year incredibly insightful, jam-packed and wholesomely rewarding. January marks our third birthday – which blows my mind 🤯 – and looking back over the past year, I'm super proud of the quality of work that we have collectively created. Hats off to the bold and trusting clients' (you know who you are). And it goes without saying, Thank You to the Collective Objective team; it's 100% the collective 'we' that makes 2023 the hugely successful year it is. More importantly, our tribe of like-minded businesses and individuals, who inspire each day with enthusiasm and drive to make a meaningful difference, keeps growing. Which we believe will have a more significant positive impact for people, business and the planet. 🌏 Hope you are well and looking forward to a well-deserved summer break.     Collective Objective are attending Purpose Conference 2023. When we attended last year, we came away feeling rejuvenated, excited and challenged. We are excited to this hear this year's speakers and change-makers talk about: 🌱 What it means to be a responsible and responsive business for today and tomorrow, and... 🌏 How they continuously put words into action to do the right thing for people, planet and posterity. With our 3rd birthday coming up in just 2 months (on the 1st of January) we are becoming more and more cognisant of the urgency to "adapt or die" - to recognise some of the hard realities, respond with honesty and integrity, and find hope in the inspiring stories that are emerging from this critical need to do better. We're looking forward to seeing how Purpose 2023 can fuel our own purpose throughout the next year. We'd love to hear what your purpose is.
