Talking money habits is my fave thing to do – as we know. But the term "emotional spending" often carries such an ick (and it's weaponised against women CONSTANTLY). But acknowledging the links between our emotions and our behaviour is something we're getting more open about doing in other areas of our life, so why not money? Time to un-ick emotionally-driven financial behaviour and learn to master our minds for better financial outcomes (and stop letting big corps profit off our emotions!!)
