In celebration of Thank Your Cleaner Day, we’re excited to share stories from our incredible team: Monale, Utility Attendant: Monale has an impressive 14-year tenure with ESS. She started in 2010 with the Catering team at one of our WA Mine Site Villages and advanced to Supervisor and Team Leader roles, before joining the Housekeeping team in 2022. Monale’s adaptability and leadership continue to make her a valued member of the ESS team. Lorraine, Utility Attendant: Lorraine has been a part of ESS since one of our site's construction in 2007 and has worked in various roles over the past 17 years. She now works in Housekeeping and Mine Site Cleaning. Lorraine’s incredible tenure of service with Compass Group has been marked by her dedication and deep connection to the site. In a great show of community spirit, one of our ESS teams in QLD, alongside our client and site contractors, recently came together for the Blue Tree Project Tree Project. This meaningful initiative focuses on raising awareness for mental health, reminding us all to check in with one another and support those who might need a listening ear. After a collaborative tree painting session, residents were invited to take a walk up to the tree as a group. This gave our teams the chance to connect, have a yarn, and reinforce the supportive environment that makes their site feel like a home away from home. The Blue Tree Project spreads a powerful message: "It's okay not to be okay."
