BIG NEWS! Public Outreach Phone and Cornucopia Phone will be merging in an exciting 50/50 partnership. Founded on the principle of "Better Together," this merger marks the union of two industry leaders, poised to offer charities an expanded array of high-quality telefundraising services. At its core, the ‘why’ behind this merger has been driven by three simple, but powerful ideas: 1. Telefundraising for now & tomorrow: By consolidating our strengths, we aim to create a more seamless telefundraising experience, freeing up resources, on all sides, to innovate and develop frameworks for tomorrow's challenges. 2. Expert fundraising is intuitive: Bringing together a wealth of fundraising expertise under a single roof to pioneer innovative ideas yet to be explored. Cornucopia-PO will be an agency committed to not only meeting your requested needs but also anticipating and filling the ones that haven't been articulated just yet. 3. Relationships are at the core of everything we do: Just as Public Outreach and Cornucopia share a cultural alignment, our new entity will prioritise and value the equilibrium that is only found in meeting the needs of our staff, charities, and supporters. From the outset, Cornucopia-PO will see more than half a million conversations made every year for charities across Australia and Aotearoa. And this is just the beginning. At this time we would like to express our deep gratitude for all the charity partners we have had the privilege to have partnered with over the last 20 years. And to all our current and future partners, the future looks even brighter, even bigger, even better. Better together!

A quiz? A poll? A value exchange? A hand raiser? Maybe even a webinar? The biggest decision in your charity's lead generation campaign is the offer!
Your 'offer' or the thing you are asking someone to do in exchange for their details, is more important than targeting and content when finding great donor leads on Facebook/Instagram. Change my mind! 😎

We love a good value exchange lead in our call centre. But not all value exchanges are made equal. What you are offering in exchange for a contacts details is arguably the most important factor in the success of a charity lead-gen campaign. Here Mark Brackley explains the 3 factors that are a must for a high-converting value exchange campaign. 1) Your val-ex has to be of real value to your audience. 2) It has to be about a subject matter that you are an expert in. 3) It has to appeal to people who make good donors, and not appeal to those that can't, won't, or shouldn't donate. If you want to run a value exchange campaign for your charity, or you have tried and it didn't work out the way you wanted, get in contact. Mark would be happy to help out. 😀
