We were pleased to take part in Australian Arbitration Week 2024, which was hosted by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) in Brisbane. Some highlights from the week included Corrs’ annual Great Debate, where teams explored the topic of ‘Summary proceedings in arbitration vs litigation’, and an event at which a panel of experts including our head of arbitration Nastasja Suhadolnik discussed comparative perspectives on the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards against states and state entities.
