CVS Lane team members, including Managing Director Andrew Vasarelli along with Lachlan McClusky, were pleased to join our client Emery Group last week to celebrate the ‘top-out’ ceremony on their boutique residential development project, Kirra Gardens, in inner suburban Melbourne. Designed for the owner-occupier market, the striking 44-residence development will be split across two buildings and feature a range of luxury amenities. It’s been pleasing to see the structure take shape over the course of 2023 and reach ‘top-out’ ahead of schedule, in a good reflection of the collaborative working relationship established among the project partners. These include senior finance partner Westpac, Emery Group, C. Kairouz Architects, SEMZ Property Advisory & Project Management and Builder Samssons Projects, who have all played key roles and joined in the milestone celebration last week. We thank the Emery, SEMZ and Samssons teams, along with all other project partners for the opportunity to work with them on this project and we look forward to seeing it reach future milestones.

Another nomination, another win for Josh Foote and Ignite Projects’ Cabana Palm Beach development, this time taking out the UDIA Queensland Mid-Rise Apartment Development of the Year award. The win follows another gong at the Australian Apartment Advocacy Industry Awards last month. The project is now in the running for the national Project of the Year category, to be announced early next year, in a clear reflection of the overall quality of this boutique, beach front residential development. We’re pleased and privileged to have been a part of the project team from the very beginning. We extend our sincere thanks to Josh for choosing to work with us on this and other quality Ignite Projects developments.
