In 2024, Menangle Park has continued to grow and thrive, with another 300 lots settled and a further 600 lots currently under construction. As part of the broader community vision, the sportsfields will connect to the riparian park located to the east, that has also now obtained Development Approval. We’re beyond thrilled to share that Menangle Park took home the REA 2024 Campaign of the Year award last night! This award reflects Menangle Park’s journey as Dahua Group Australia’s flagship masterplanned community in Sydney’s southwest, designed with lifestyle and connectivity in mind. Exciting news for our Menangle Park community! Stage 1 of the Spring Farm Parkway is now officially open! This new road is set to ease traffic, with 10,000 vehicles expected to use it daily, saving local drivers up to 15 minutes on their commute to and from the Hume Motorway. Menangle Park residents will now have quicker and more convenient access to Greater Sydney, thanks to the new interchange with the Hume Motorway.
