“Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value.” ― Albert Einstein Since the launch on Coin Store in late 2023 two clear thoughts have arrived in my mind. 1.    In July 2022, I took on a responsibility to take our blockchain for tokenizing real-world assets, DComm, from idea to launch. With our listing on Coin Store in December, we achieved this ambitious goal. 2.    Demand, real demand, sustainable demand, will only ever be if I become a man of Value. What has become even more clear is that the world that we operate in has not been ready. Tokenisation is in such an infant state, that the existence of bleeding-edge innovation, that the blockchain is, well it is not enough. Enter: Value Value is rolling up my sleeves, getting deep in the trenches and digging out the precious item. Value is taking on the role, or roles, needed, with relentless pursuit to driving use case and innovation. Value comes with adoption, and adoption will drive use and only use will drive demand. Thus “Value” is demand. However, it cannot be done in reverse, where the mere wish or desire of demand will create value. The work we have been doing is at the extreme edge of what is possible. It is challenging traditional ways of business, opening access to previously inaccessible assets, and creating completely new asset classes. This work though needs full commitment to the outcomes, and those outcomes will be measured by assets being added to blockchain, or by another term, adding Value. “A man who chases two rabbits will catch none” – Confucius Chasing two goals is not sustainable to achieve value. The blockchain is live, but Value must now be added. My roots are in delivering end-customer value with innovative technology stacks, and this thought process has inspired me to return to these roots. So, I am taking on my renewed objective, a renewed role, or roles if required, where my sole purpose is to create Value. In fact, I feel so strongly about it, I have taken the decision that I will not be eligible for any $DCM until I arrive back carrying bags, and bags, of Value. This starts with completing The Hundred Club, and then launching, or being part of consulting to the launch of many exciting blockchain ventures I have been sequestered to assist on. This requires nothing less than 100% of my time, and 100% of my time is what it will get. I am handing the reigns of the DComm Community to you all, to nurture and to grow, to spread the word.
