🚀 We are in space 🚀 As of 17th of August 2024 we have two eMag's in Space. We were a payload on both the Waratah Seed-1 and CUAVA-2 satellites that were carried on SpaceX transporter 11 and deployed by Exolaunch We are very proud of Xueliang Bai and Patrick Oppel for assembling these two satellites, that have successfully been operating in orbit and are now in the commissioning phase. Congratulations to everyone involved ARC Training Centre for CubeSats, UAVs, and their Applications (CUAVA) and Waratah Seed Space Qualification Mission Image credit: SpaceX

Some big topics covered at Cicada xTech23. Check out what our CEO Anne Bettens had to say below.
Emerging deep technologies could enhance environmental sustainability, security, and stability, strengthening our sovereign capabilities and achieving industrial independence to make Australia a powerhouse! ♻️ 🔓 But how do we enable that? How can Australia harness this tech to become more nimble, responsive, and ready to trial and adopt new technologies that could transform industrial sectors and beyond? In this Cicada x Tech23 discussion panel from Dr Anne Bettens, Dr. Clyde Webster, and Robert Dane are set to inspire you with how their deep tech solutions are transforming our planet and outer planet to become more sustainable and secure! Robert Dane, CEO & Founder of OCIUS Technology Limited, outlines in his talk how they are designing a solar, wind, and wave-powered satellite that autonomously monitors remote areas for illegal fishing, drug smuggling, and other threats. Dr Anne Bettens, CEO & Co-Founder of Deneb Space, discuss in her talk how Deneb Space is building revolutionary systems that ensure satellites are smarter to navigate the congestion in space. And finally, Dr. Clyde Webster, CEO & Founder of Crest Robotics paints how Crest Robotics is designing smart robotic tools to minimise risk and maximise the cost-effectiveness of labour, across the heavy industries. Ready to be inspired to infinity and beyond 🚀?
