We recognized the importance of educating our workers on the entire citrus supply chain process, from orchard to table. To achieve this, we organized a tour of the local packing facility with the support of our client. By witnessing firsthand the processes involved in sorting, grading, and packaging, our workers gained a deeper understanding of the impact of their actions on the final product.
