This is Lucas Wensley, a 3rd-year geology student at The Australian National University who has spent his uni break gaining hands-on experience with Dreadnought! We’ve thoroughly enjoyed having him on board as he delves into a variety of tasks—everything from RC drilling to diamond core processing and mapping. Lucas is the latest of 14 university students we've hosted over the past 4 years, giving future geologists their first taste of industry work.

Claud might just have the best "office" around! She's currently out in the field drilling the Gifford Creek Carbonatites at the Mangaroon Project. Supported by modern communications through Starlink with live updates to our Plexer database and modern instruments like pXRF for real time analysis, and the ol trusty hand lens and stylus for logging lithologies and mineralogy. It's a perfect snapshot of the modern-day geologist—combining hands-on expertise with cutting-edge technology to drive our exploration efforts forward.
