🎲 What is equilibrium in guidance? 🎲 In the process of guidance and learning, one of the main challenges for a guide is finding the right equilibrium between intervention and freedom. How can tools and skills be imparted without influencing the guided individual? At Dya, we liken this to the difference between a board game and playtime in a playground. 🔍 Board Game or Playground Fun? 🔍 A board game comes with clear instructions, rules, and a framework. This can help players understand the game faster and know exactly what is required of them. But what about players in a playground? The play stimuli are in a larger space, and players can choose which games to engage with, face new challenges, and acquire skills in an intuitive and independent way. 🎓 Guidance at Dya 🎓 At Dya, we set boundaries, define goals, and place the tools of play in the learning space.
