According to the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI), there have been more than 57,000 EV sales in Australia, January - July 2024. But with around 600 high-power public charging locations in Australia (June 2023), how can we alleviate range anxiety for EV drivers by ensuring there are sufficient chargers? This will be one of the topics for discussion at today’s EV Charging and Parking Forum, with some 100 attendees from council, parking operators, providers, suppliers, and associations to name a few. The Panel includes government, compliance, Polestar and from EasyPark Group, David Moore. The event will be hosted by EasyPark ANZ General Manager, EV Charging, Emily Carson. The industry-only Forum will be hosted at Polestar Australia, Melbourne, with most delegates then heading to the National Roads & Traffic Expo, MOBILITY LIVE Australia, Parking Australia Conference for the following two days at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. If you want to know the outcomes of the EV Charging and Parking Forum, or if you are a council/parking operator with a fleet of EVs, email us at contactus@easypark.com.au #easyparkanz #easyparkgroup #makingcitiesmorelivable #nrat2024 #evcharingandparking #electricvehicles

"We're (ParkMobile, EasyPark Group, and Flash) here to make it fundamentally easier for over 100 million drivers in North America to find, valet, on-street, off-street, any way they want to park. And we're doing that together," Cameron Clayton, CEO of EasyPark Group. Last month, ParkMobile announced a strategic partnership with Flash to enhance the digitalization of the parking industry. Together, we are going to simplify the digital parking payment experience for millions of users nationwide. To celebrate the launch, ParkMobile and Flash hosted a joint event at the National Parking Association Convention and Expo in Las Vegas. Check out some highlights from the #NPAExpo announcement, including remarks from Cameron, EasyPark Group Chief of Staff, Martin Sandström, and Head of Commercial Management GTM and International Accounts, Bernd Reul.

The future of parking is electric, and we’re leading the charge by making it easy to find EV charging stations in the EasyPark app. In Norway, 93% of new car sales are electric. Data from the International Energy Agency shows that EV revolution is well underway elsewhere. With this comes the opportunity to adapt parking infrastructure and help drivers find charging points. That’s where EasyPark comes in. Our app makes it easy to find electric charging stations to make urban mobility smarter and more sustainable.

This week we are shining the spotlight on the EasyPark ANZ Customer Service Team. With twin centres in the Philippines and Australia, working every day (including public holidays) and across extended operating hours, our Customer Service team delivers Wow levels of support to our Councils, Parking Operators and more than 4 million end users (drivers). What makes them special? To start with, they are great people, who care about their colleagues, the industry and EasyPark users; caring for the community, their families and friends. Then there's the fact they go above and beyond in everything they do including providing above industry standard levels of service. For example phone conversations are unscripted giving them the opportunity to engage with customers to truly understand their needs. These attributes have been recognised by both the Australian Customer Service industry and Australian Parking industry in this year's national Awards. Thanks team for all you do and for always putting the customer first. Happy Customer Service Week 2024. #easyparkanz #easyparkgroup #makingcitiemorelivable #aboveandbeyond #customerserviceweek2024
