We’re pushing for better mental health. Our incredible team at Elements of Byron has joined The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health. During the month of June, we'll be pushing ourselves to complete 3,249 push-ups to honour the 3,249 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022. We’re committed to pushing for better mental health and hope you will too. Help us reach our team target of raising funds for Lifeline Northern NSW! The Push-Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event. Every year, thousands of Australians come together to complete a set number of push-ups representing the number of lives lost to suicide. Throughout the challenge, participants receive daily mental health facts and have the chance to fundraise for vital mental health charities. Since 2017, this challenge has raised over $40 million for mental health programs and engaged over 500,000 people in the fight for better mental health.
