Emmerson Resources is pleased to present its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ending September 30, 2024, highlighting significant developments in the Northern Territory's Tennant Creek region.   A key focus of the quarter has been the formation of a Strategic Copper and Gold Alliance with CuFe Ltd and Tennant Minerals. This collaboration aims to evaluate development options for copper and gold, including the feasibility of a multi-user processing facility at Tennant Creek. The alliance will assess optimal processing plant configurations, mine scheduling, product outputs, infrastructure needs, environmental considerations, and logistics, with a Scoping Study already underway.   Progress continues on the construction of Tennant Mining's Nobles CIL gold processing facility. This conventional 840Ktpa facility is on track for commissioning in the second quarter of 2025, with commercial production expected in the third quarter of 2025. Emmerson will benefit from a 6% gross production royalty on gold produced from the joint venture tenements, enhancing our financial position.   In addition to processing advancements, Emmerson is prioritising exploration activities. Significant drilling is planned for high-potential prospects, including the historic White Devil Gold Mine, where a detailed review of past drilling has identified substantial resource potential. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸   Emmerson Resources, in partnership with CuFe Ltd and Tennant Minerals, have formed a Strategic Alliance aimed at advancing copper, gold and critical metals development opportunities in the Tennant Creek Region of the Northern Territory. This collaboration represents a pivotal step toward enhancing resource extraction and maximising the potential of this rich mining area.   The Alliance will focus on several key initiatives, including assessing development options for a multi-user processing facility tailored to the high-grade Tennant Creek region. This will consider the optimal processing plant configuration and location, mine scheduling, final product specifications and comprehensive infrastructure requirements. The Alliance will evaluate environmental considerations and logistics to ensure sustainable development practices.   A significant component of this partnership involves completing a Scoping Study for the Emmerson and Tennant Minerals 100% owned deposits, alongside the CuFe operated joint venture deposits. Following this, the Alliance plans to undertake a Pre-Feasibility Study on the most viable development options.   Our Managing Director, Michael Dunbar noted, “A number of the high-grade copper, gold and critical metals deposits in the Tennant Creek region start as relatively small scale mines and grow significantly after mining commences. With modern environmental, regulatory and financial hurdles, development of these modest sized deposits independently is now significantly harder than it was historically.”   “I am pleased to be working with the Tennant Minerals and CuFe teams, as I believe this will lead to the best development option for each of the Companies and the Tennant Creek community as a whole.”   Activities under this Alliance are set to commence in Q4 2024, paving the way for innovative and efficient resource development in the region. 🌟 We are pleased to share that a major milestone in unlocking the development of the resources at Tennant Creek is underway with the commencement of construction of the Nobles CIL gold processing facility. Our strategic partner Tennant Consolidated Gold Mining Group (Tennant Mining) has done a great job in progressing through the study, planning and financing phases during the last four years. This is an important milestone for a number of key reasons, including: 🔹 Emmerson will receive a low risk 6% gross production royalty on all future gold production from the JV tenements with Tennant Mining 🔹 The JV tenements currently host an Ore Reserve of 79.1 koz and we see good potential to grow this in the coming years 🔹 Emmerson has no exposure to costs from the Mining JV tenements 🔹 The royalty, along with any minimum production payments Emmerson may be entitled to under the JV agreements, will provide an important source of future cashflow We look forward to working closely with Tennant Mining to complete further exploration and development studies across our Joint Venture tenements at Tennant Creek to support future production from the JV assets.
