Safe Work Month – Week 3 Throughout this week of #SafeWorkMonth we focus on how to proactively manage WHS risk. Engenco Limited recognises that our team members' 'on the job' insights and experience will help to identify operational hazards and make better decisions about how to manage risks in our workplaces. By following our risk management system, starting with a WHS Policy, Risk Registers, RA/SWMS, SWP’s and Take 5’s with consultation at every stage, we can ensure we are prepared to manage any risk. As we work together to #MakeSafe our workplaces, we need to ensure that our people have the information and the right tools to identify, understand and manage risks. A key element of our approach is the Group's Risk Management Training, which provides practical tools for safe behaviours. Armed with the knowledge and skills to indentify and mitigate risks, our teams continue to #MakeSafe our workplaces. #SafeWorkMonth #SafetyIsOurBusiness Drivetrain Convair Engineering Gemco Rail Momentum Rail Workforce Solutions CERT Training RTO ID51333 Eureka 4WD Training - RTO #52488#52488

Safe Work Month - Week 2 As we continue our #SafeWorkMonth discussions we turned our attention to this week's focus topic - Working together to protect workers’ mental health. Carli Phillips from the Corporate Wellbeing Hub joined us in a series of virtual events to discuss wellbeing workarounds and gave our teams some useful tips to prioritise our mental health wellbeing. We discussed: 🥗 How a healthy diet can positively impact our concentration levels and reduce stress. ☀ The importance of starting our day right, and how making time for our mental well-being whether it be finding the time to exercise or taking breaks in between meetings to get some fresh air can help our minds to reset. 💤 The benefits of shutting down our day, and limiting screen time before bed, to help us feel rested and energised for the next day. Our teams are now ready to put these tips into practice as we continue to MakeSafe our workplaces. #SafeWorkMonth #SafetyIsOurBusiness Drivetrain Convair Engineering Gemco Rail Momentum Rail Workforce Solutions CERT Training RTO ID51333 Eureka 4WD Training - RTO #52488
