A great investment for the future ! Great looking building and record breaking rent for our area.
✅ building complete Our new building has finally been competed and we can’t believe how good it is ! So nice , so new and it would be a shame to dirty it. Currently it’s storing our new double column until we make room in our main building, after that a new tenant will be using the building for a few years with a view to expanding in the future. Parting out an old machine , inbox for further info and pics
Due to a new machine on order and we need the room , our Okuma Millac 1052 approx 16 years old (pics can be supplied) will be offered to be parted out and then scraped after what’s left. Drives , controller, boards, tool changer , coolant system etc etc etc all can go . The machine still runs and works. (Table is not available for sale). Buyer must remove at own expense. Machine is currently running in service until mid July. Location Perth WA PM for more info and obviously the pic isn’t the machine in question.

Who would have thought our little Sinexcel Electric Co., Ltd 80kw would be servicing over 300 users in the last month. Adminstrated by Chargefox we can’t complain the network coverage and amount of users in Perth alone, everyday we see more and more EV’s on the road.
