We're currently looking for talented phone reception and admin superstars to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service standards Deliver exceptional administrative support services Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery Ideal Requirements: Admin and phone reception experience or in a similar role Ability to work flexibly High level of organisation and attention to detail A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team Bonus Points (can be taught for the right person): Strong working knowledge of ServiceM8, including scheduling and job management functionalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience within the construction industry What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative remote work environment Flexible working hours - we have morning, afternoon and early evening shifts available Opportunity to work with a growing business and a friendly team Some of the tasks you could be performing include but are not limited to: Call Answering and Phone Reception Support Converting leads via phone, email and chat into bookings and sales Making outbound calls Creating new customer accounts Creating new jobs Scheduling quote visits Scheduling jobs and works Setting Up New Jobs Submitting and completing compliance documentation Producing and sending quotes and invoices Quote Follow Ups Ordering parts Uploading Work Orders Follow up Outstanding invoices Customer enquiries responded to via phone or email Email Inbox Management Chase Outstanding Payments Adhoc and specialised admin tasks as required To express your interest please send an email to connect@exceptionaltradiesolutions.com.au with your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience and why you are a great fit for this role.
