I recently discovered that high doses of leafy greens especially edible weeds is no good for me. When I eat high amounts of leafy greens of a certain type, it causes my body to breakout into hives and it's itchy AF. So while I wait for my body to expel the waste product. I will stick to cooked vegetables for the next few weeks, reduce my gluten intake and stick to bland food. Your body is constantly changing, and its adaptation to food is no different. 𝐌𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 - 10 min meal prep 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1kg turkey mince 1/2 cup dice capsicum 1/2 cup diced onions 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp of parsley salt & pepper 2 x eggs lightly beaten 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese (optional) BBQ sauce (optional) 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝: Prehead oven at 180 degrees and spray muffin tin with non stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients in a large bowl except BBQ sauce and mix to combine. Form 12 large balls and place into muffin tin. Top with BBQ sauce and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with extra BBQ. Garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy EZ
