Great news from our Community Solutions division! Fleetwood has inked a pivotal two-year accommodation agreement with the Saipem Clough Joint Venture (SCJV) at Searipple Village Karratha, a community that we proudly manage in Karratha.   Starting in October 2024, this partnership is forecasted to lift occupancy from 65% to 72%. SCJV will have rooms available on a take-or-pay basis, with options to expand, supporting their efforts on the massive urea fertilizer plant project nearby.   At Fleetwood, we’re not just about creating spaces; we’re about fostering communities.
