FRANKIE4 is an innovative fashion label redefining women’s footwear. Designed by women, for women, we merge our podiatrist-founded roots with stylish design to offer award-winning, podiatrist-designed support for exceptional comfort. Our shoes empower women with the confidence to excel at home, work, and play. Founded by Caroline and Alan McCulloch, FRANKIE4 began over 14 years ago in Brisbane, Australia, and has since grown into a global presence with over 10 retail stores across Australia and the United States. More than just a brand, we spoil our customers (and their feet) with the love and attention they deserve. We’re beyond grateful to our community of followers.     Not your regular day at the office. We were excited when Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) reached out to FRANKIE4 to talk about something you might not think about often—shoeboxes 📦.    Our amazing Senior Technical Designer, Rosie, brought her 30+ years of experience to the airwaves, sharing insights on innovation, design, and why quality matters even in something as simple as a shoebox. From the importance of first impressions to ensuring the integrity of our products—Rosie explained why shoeboxes are so much more than just packaging.   But it doesn’t stop there—at FRANKIE4, we’re on a continuous journey to improve our responsible practices in every part of our process (including introducing a new flat pack box to help reduce our carbon emissions). In 2024, we undertook the task of refining these values to reflect the evolving nature of our business. Crafting them was no small feat. It took months of collaboration among our senior leadership team to ensure that each value resonated not only with our team in Australia but also with our colleagues in the United States. One of the biggest challenges we faced was ensuring that our values transcended geographical and cultural boundaries. Take our value of Mateship, for example—a value deeply embedded in Australian culture. While it holds strong meaning here, we needed to ensure that its essence would translate globally, especially for our team members in the US. To us, Mateship isn’t just about camaraderie; it’s about standing together, lifting each other up, and fostering an environment of genuine support. Our People Values are more than words; they are actions that we live by daily: ▶ Mateship: Let’s lift each other up, collaborate, and be each other's biggest supporters.  ▶ Belief: Have confidence in yourself, in our product, and in the purpose that drives FRANKIE4.  ▶ Accountability: We take responsibility for our actions and decisions, holding ourselves and each other to the highest standards.  ▶ Ambition: With relentless drive, we pursue personal and business goals to propel FRANKIE4 toward new heights.     After many wonderful years at 686 Military Road, Mosman, we’ve relocated just a short distance to our beautiful new home at 777 Military Road, Sydney. Mosman was FRANKIE4's first store outside of Brisbane and has always been a favourite for locals and visitors alike. Now our Sydney community can continue to be treated as they deserve as we open our doors to our stunning new Concept Store. Located among charming cafés and retailers, it's the perfect spot to continue providing exceptional service to our community.
