Give it up for Josh! 🙌 A few weeks ago this fundraising legend got on his bike and rode 2487kms. Josh spent 13 straight days riding across Australia and our team wants to say a massive thank you for such commitment! ”This was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, testing me mentally and physically for 13days straight on the bike. Together we were able to raise a significant amount of money to go to Full Stop Australia who support victims of domestic violence.” Josh raised a total of $3004, far exceed his goal. Thank you again to Josh and to all the friends and family that supported and donated.

Today Full Stop Australia CEO, Karen Bevan, joined NSW Premier, Chris Minns and Minister for Women, Jodie Harrison, to launch the NSW’s first dedicated primary prevention strategy for sexual, domestic and family violence. Full Stop Australia welcomes this plan which seeks to address the harms of gender-based violend in NSW. We welcome the strategy’s focus on sexual violence and the attitudes that underpin its prevalence. Full Stop Australia has, for 50 years, been supporting people impacted by sexual violence in NSW. We encourage the NSW government to continue its efforts to end sexual, domestic and family violence in the state. Link in the comments.

CEO Karen Bevan just spoke with Sarah Morice from Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) News Radio about anticipated sexual, domestic and family violence investment announcements when National Cabinet meets this afternoon. Full Stop Australia is looking for significant investment that covers a range of critical initiatives to address and prevent gender-based violence in Australia.
