We are thrilled to announce that we’ve formed a strategic alliance with Ethos Urban. No other firm in the country will be as active as we are across as many markets with in-depth local expertise to match. The alliance means we now offer a broader range of services across a wider geographical area and our clients will find it easier to expand interstate by leveraging our national reach and network. Our shared values made this a natural fit and we look forward to working on some truly nation-shaping projects with the Ethos Urban team. It’s great to see the steel framework starting to take shape at Port Adelaide for the new Natrio and Koch Fertiliser Distribution Facility. This is one of the major industrial plans that Future Urban led in the past 12 months — with Christopher Webber taking the reins on this particular project. We'll be watching to see how it progresses!
Check out some cool 360⁰ drone footage of the steel erection at our new Natrio and Koch Fertiliser Australia Distribution Facility in Port Adelaide – a great milestone!

📢 Ethos Urban is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Central Coast (Tasmania) Strategic Housing Master Plan project. This project is a significant achievement for Ethos Urban, aligning with our commitment to address Australia's housing supply challenges. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to tackle a range of housing & settlement issues across Central Coast in a way that attracts sustainable growth while ensuring the high standard of liveability of the area, the well-being of residents, growth of the local economy & maintaining the character of this special place. Ethos Urban has a long history of working in regional communities; we understand the importance of strong links between people & place. This means ensuring access to high-quality, affordable, well-located, & secure housing, which is integrated into the Central Coast's social fabric & community identity. The Strategic Housing Master Plan will deliver: ✔ A comprehensive framework for planning & delivering housing across Central Coast ✔ Strategies to support Council's economic development & population growth aspirations ✔ Plans to encourage diverse housing options that can meet community needs ✔ Innovative, actionable plans for implementation Jules Griffith, Project Director: "The key to success for the Masterplan is more than planning for ambitious housing targets for the Central Coast, it's about empowering Council to make considered decisions, supported by the community, ensuring sustainable economic & population growth." Officially taking city-shaping to new heights! The Freemason’s Keystone Tower on North Terrace has been given the go-ahead by the State Commission Assessment Panel. Standing at 183 meters tall, this 37-storey development will be Adelaide’s first skyscraper. The Future Urban team, and specifically Fabian Barone and Renae Grida (one of our participants in the Property Council’s 500 Women in Property), worked very closely with Freemasons and developer Pelligra® on this project. What a turnout! We had a fantastic time at the Property Council’s 500 Women in Property Launch event last night. Representing Future Urban were two of our talented team members Theresa James and Renae Grida. Well done to the Property Council of Australia for helping provide exposure and professional development opportunities for women in the property industry.
