Genea HR Director, Andy Brown, recently represented Genea at an insightful masterclass held at the office of HR Partners by Randstad . The event brought together HR leaders from ASX 500 companies to delve into important topics, including supporting carers in the workplace, family inclusivity, employer branding, inclusive leadership, and social responsibility.   As a foundational supporting partner, Genea continues to advocate for Family Friendly Workplaces that recognise organisations as Family Inclusive against a set of National Work & Family Standards. The recent National Working Families Report shines a light on the ongoing challenges and the positive impact family-friendly policies and practices can have in workplaces.   At Genea, we are proud to inspire change and create a workplace culture that embraces inclusivity for all families!   #FamilyFriendlyWorkplace #DiversityAndInclusion #HRLeadership #FamilySupport #EmployeeWellbeing #SupportWorkingFamilies #Genea

Developed in collaboration with Adriana Suker and the Australasian CREI Consensus Expert Panel on Trial Evidence (ACCEPT) group, this comprehensive guideline offers insights and recommendations for the investigation and management of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).    Part I outlines chromosomal, anatomical, and endocrine factors, along with relevant recommendations for clinical management, levels of evidence, and consensus grades. Part II provides evidence-based guidance on managing RPL, covering thrombophilia, autoimmune factors, infective and inflammatory causes, endometrial factors, environmental and lifestyle influences, male factors, and unexplained causes.
