  Our very own Genea Fertility Specialists Dr Anthony Marren, Dr Ying Li, and Dr Danielle Robson have just released the first Australasian Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Clinical Management Guideline 2024. Developed in collaboration with Adriana Suker and the Australasian CREI Consensus Expert Panel on Trial Evidence (ACCEPT) group, this comprehensive guideline offers insights and recommendations for the investigation and management of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).    Part I outlines chromosomal, anatomical, and endocrine factors, along with relevant recommendations for clinical management, levels of evidence, and consensus grades. Part II provides evidence-based guidance on managing RPL, covering thrombophilia, autoimmune factors, infective and inflammatory causes, endometrial factors, environmental and lifestyle influences, male factors, and unexplained causes.
