Thank you to everyone who helped make last weekend's Giant Steps High Tea such a wonderful success! Guests were welcomed with a delightful "mocktail upon arrival," a crowd favourite, perfectly complemented by the delicious offerings from Daniel Georgoulas of Get the Chef In, who kindly managed the food service, along with Boronia Bakehouse, Sweetkeeks Bakery, and Joys Kitchen. We invite families with children aged 2-4 years on the autism spectrum to enquire and learn more about Playsteps, a supported playgroup launching in Term 1, 2025: https://lnkd.in/gVZEPSAC   Reflecting the structure of our already established Early Years Program, Playsteps offers a supportive environment where young children can develop overall independence, engage and participate in the routines of a group program, build on social skills, and more. Thank you to the staff and Year 10 students of St Joseph's College Hunters Hill for hosting another wonderful Joeys Day! Our students had an unforgettable time trying a variety of activities, including drumming, the giant water slides, jumping castles, petting zoos, swimming, and face painting. It is always a highlight to see the Joeys and Giant Steps students come together, share in the activities, and enjoy a BBQ lunch to cap off the day. Special thanks to Michael Blake, Principal of St Joseph’s College, along with Max Wilson and Audrey Ziade, for welcoming and hosting us, ensuring that everyone had a memorable and enjoyable experience.
