Whoa... 4️⃣9️⃣ years! Where has the time gone? It all started with just one cozy spot in Lakes Entrance and a crew of 10 (any OGs still out there?!), and now look at us—eight locations, over 520 team legends, and still going strong as Victoria's largest rural community health centre! But hey, it's not just about size—it's about the people. We've been there through the laughs, the challenges, the milestones, and the moments that matter. Health services, community programs, a friendly face when you need it most—you've always been the reason we do what we do. 💛 So here's to the wild ride so far and all the amazing memories still to come. Enjoy a (modest) trip down memory lane! 📸✨ We have loads more memories to share, but we're saving them for the big 5-0 🥳 #HappyBirthday to US 🎉

🌟 This week, we're celebrating our fabulous frontline superstars—our Customer Service, Service Access, Can Do, and Facilities teams—whose hard work and dedication are essential to everything we do! 💪 We asked them to spill the beans on their favourite parts of the job, their dream superpowers, and the unforgettable moments that make it all worth it. ✨ 🔸What's the Best Part of Your Job? For Emmie, it's all about the feel-good factor – those "warm and fuzzy" moments that come from making a real difference. 💖 Others love the people-focused side of things, like Chelle, who enjoys hearing clients' stories and realising just how much of a positive impact she has. 🌈 Then there's Sherryn, who thrives on the variety, where no two days are the same, and the teamwork keeps things exciting! 🤝 🔸If You Could Have a Superpower... Emmie dreams of superspeed, perfect for multitasking and zooming through her day. 🚀 Raina would love telepathy to instantly know what clients need, and Sherryn has her heart set on a nose-wiggle cleaning spell. Meanwhile, Kath aims high – she wants the power to cure cancer! 🔸Unforgettable Moments on the Frontline For Chelle, it was the conversation with an older gentleman who shared the secrets of wooing his wife and painted a vivid picture of life in old Melbourne. Raina recalled the time she fixed a volunteer's phone by removing a blob of blue tack from the camera lens! And then there are those life-changing moments, like when a team member helped save a client having a heart attack. 🔸Which Fictional Character Would Make the Best Frontline Worker? Now for the fun part! 😄 Emmie picked Spongebob for his boundless energy and sunny attitude. Chelle believes Blinky Bill would charm everyone with his fun-loving, friendly ways and cheeky sense of humour. And Raina? She's all about the Jedi, nominating Luke Skywalker for his cool mind tricks – super handy for solving frontline challenges! A Big Thank You to Our Frontline Superstars! Whether they're fixing phones, saving lives, or just making someone smile, these fabulous humans are the heartbeat of our organisation. 🙌🫶

This week CEO's representing the Alliance of Rural and Regional Community Health (ARRCH), converged to Perth to attend the 17th annual National Rural Health Conference. Five ARRCH CEO's represented the alliance at the Conference, and presented at the event, talking about the evolution of ARRCH and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead for the alliance. Victoria’s registered community health services are unique to the Australian health landscape and the Alliance of Regional and Rural Community Health (ARRCH) has emerged as a transformative force to collectively impact the social determinants of health.
