As the sole HR & Admin Manager, you will oversee a team of 70+ employees, ensuring that policies and practices align with directives from General Managers and the HR Manual. You will ensure no manpower shortage by effectively filling positions and managing the administrative processes to provide employees with an ethical work experience. You will also collaborate with HR teams at other centers and the accounts department, both locally and at the Head Office in Melbourne, Australia.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes without the need for consultancies.
Leave & Attendance: Directly handle leave and attendance, ensuring adherence to the payroll schedule.
Policy Training: Lead and train staff on the HR policy manual to cultivate a disciplined workspace.
HR Transactions: Ensure all HR transactions are recorded and documented accurately.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor job performance and assist in career path development for employees.
Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with HR labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding & Termination: Create smooth onboarding and termination processes.
Administrative Duties: Delegate and handle general admin responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager.
Conflict Resolution: Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of HR managerial experience.
-A bachelor's degree in business management with a focus on Human Resources.
-Understanding of labor laws, rules, regulations, and best practices.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Organizational expertise.
-Extensive experience in recruitment, including understanding recruitment portals, charges, processes, budgets, and systematic recruitment.
-General understanding of payroll and HR software and proficiency in MS Office.
-General administrative skills, data processing, and reporting.
